    Staticide® 6500 ESD Safety Shield Aerosol provides durable static control for ESD-sensitive environments and electronic assembly applications. The water-based acrylic coating uses conducting polymers to create an inherently dissipative surface with consistent performance regardless of humidity. Its translucent finish adheres to most plastics, glass, and metal without chipping or peeling. Ideal for electronic housings, packaging, conveyor components, bins, shelving, trays, and other surfaces, this low-VOC aerosol helps prevent static buildup and maintain ESD protection.

    Product Overview

    Staticide® 6500 ESD Safety Shield Aerosol provides durable, dependable static control for ESD-sensitive environments where electrostatic discharge can interfere with production or damage sensitive components. Formulated with a proprietary blend of conducting polymers, this water-based acrylic coating creates an inherently dissipative surface that maintains consistent resistivity regardless of ambient humidity. The translucent coating adheres to most plastics, glass, and metal and provides lasting protection without easily chipping or peeling. Convenient aerosol application makes it ideal for electronic housings, plastic parts and packaging, conveyor components, bins, shelving, trays, lids, and other surfaces. Low in VOCs and free of CFCs, the coating is RoHS and REACH compliant and meets ANSI/ESD S20.20 requirements.
