    Staticide® Dualmat™ is an industrial-grade, static-dissipative work surface designed to protect sensitive components on grounded tables and workbenches. Its two-layer construction combines a dissipative top with a conductive bottom for dependable ESD control without delaminating. The durable material resists curling, abrasion, solder, flux, high temperatures and harsh chemicals. An embossed finish reduces glare and part slippage while making the surface easier to clean. With low tribogeneration and no outgassing, it is ideal for cleanrooms and other static-controlled environments.

    Product Overview

    Staticide® Dualmat™ provides durable, reliable ESD protection for grounded tables, workbenches and other static-controlled work surfaces. This industrial-grade elastomer features a two-layer construction with a static-dissipative top and conductive bottom, delivering rapid charge decay without suppressing charge or delaminating. Engineered to withstand high temperatures, solder, flux, solvents and harsh chemicals, the rigid material offers excellent abrasion resistance and remains flat without curling. Its embossed surface helps minimize glare, reduce component slippage and simplify cleaning. Low tribogeneration and no-outgassing properties make it suitable for cleanrooms and constant monitor systems.
