Product Overview
UltiMat™ Static Dissipative Work Surface Mats help create a dependable electrostatic protected work surface for electronics assembly, manufacturing, laboratories and other static-sensitive applications. Constructed from industrial-grade, chemically cross-linked rubber, each mat features a two-layer design with a static-dissipative top and conductive bottom for rapid, controlled charge decay. The durable material lays flat without curling and offers excellent resistance to abrasion, elevated temperatures, solder, flux and harsh chemicals. Its embossed finish helps reduce distracting glare, prevents small components from slipping and makes routine cleaning easier. Low-odor, low-VOC construction promotes a more comfortable work environment, while built-in grounding snaps allow convenient connection to compatible grounding hardware for reliable ESD control.
