    Green Monster® Stencil Wiping Rolls provide dependable cleaning performance and efficiency for automated stencil printing operations. Constructed with NOVA-TECH® 7000 fabric, the material combines virgin rayon and polyester fibers bonded with a durable proprietary polymeric resin for reliable performance in demanding electronics manufacturing environments. Its open fiber structure effectively collects solder paste, adhesives, and other contaminants at a micro level instead of simply pushing or smearing residue across the stencil. High porosity helps maximize vacuum system performance for thorough cleaning, while anti-static properties reduce the potential for static discharge onto solder traces and components. These properties also help minimize the attraction of dust and other contaminants for cleaner, more consistent printing operations.
