    Green Monster® Stencil Wiping Rolls provide dependable cleaning performance and efficiency for automated stencil printing operations. Constructed with NOVA-TECH® 3000 XL fabric, the material combines virgin rayon and polyester fibers bonded with a durable proprietary resin for reliable performance in demanding electronics manufacturing environments. An open fiber structure effectively collects solder paste, adhesives, and other contaminants at a micro level instead of simply pushing or smearing residue across the stencil. High porosity helps maximize vacuum system performance for thorough cleaning, while anti-static properties reduce the potential for static discharge and help minimize the attraction of dust and other contaminants. Densified construction provides more wiping material per roll, helping reduce roll changes, downtime, and associated production costs.
