QHT1 Quilted Two-Ply Polyester Wipes are engineered for demanding cleanroom applications that require exceptional absorbency, durability, and contamination control. Constructed from two layers of continuous filament knitted polyester quilted together, these ultra-heavyweight 240 GSM wipes provide outstanding liquid retention while maintaining excellent abrasion resistance and strength for repeated wiping tasks. Individually laser-cut and heat-sealed edges eliminate loose fibers, while the cleanroom laundering, individual inspection, and hermetic packaging help ensure extremely low levels of particles, fibers, ionic contaminants, and nonvolatile residue. Suitable for ISO Class 3–8 cleanrooms, these low-lint wipes are ideal for pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotechnology, electronics assembly, medical device production, aerospace, laboratories, and other critical environments requiring superior cleaning performance and reliable contamination control.

Shipping Policy
SHIPPING: All orders are shipped F.O.B shipping point. Title to all goods shall pass to the customer when the customer pays in full for the materials. Risk of loss and/or damage to the goods shall be the responsibility of the customer when the goods leave the shipping point for delivery to the customer. Shortages must be claimed when shipment is received.
