Constructed from two layers of continuous filament knitted polyester quilted together, these ultra-heavyweight 240 GSM wipes provide outstanding liquid retention while maintaining excellent abrasion resistance and strength for repeated wiping tasks. Individually laser-cut and heat-sealed edges eliminate loose fibers, while the cleanroom laundering, individual inspection, and hermetic packaging help ensure extremely low levels of particles, fibers, ionic contaminants, and nonvolatile residue. Suitable for ISO Class 3–8 cleanrooms, these low-lint wipes are ideal for pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotechnology, electronics assembly, medical device production, aerospace, laboratories, and other critical environments requiring superior cleaning performance and reliable contamination control.
